With over 16 years of experience in the educational sector, Dominique is a passionate educator and leader who strives to make a positive impact on students, teachers, and women in the workplace. As a Middle School Dean of Students and a Spanish Teacher at Breck School, she fosters a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Additionally, as a Certified Trainer and Innovator at Google since 2014, she has a demonstrated history of working in the educational technology industry and providing teacher training and professional development on various Google tools and platforms. Dominique is bilingual in English and Spanish and currently pursuing an Educational Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
